Happy Holidays
As the holidays fast approach, I have already started getting ready for the Avon Walk 2008. At Kelley’s urging, I have signed up to crew in Boston in May. It should be very interesting to see what the walk looks like from the other side. And of course I have signed up for the walk in New York in October.
Last weekend, the garden club at Vernon Woods hosted a craft fair. I set up a small table with the remaining earrings in order to start the fund raising for 2008. The earrings sold well, and I was able to raise $50 during the afternoon. Only $1,750 to reach the walk commitment.
