Leo and Jade are asking their mom when their real Halloween costumes will arrive; they are not impressed with the towel.They wanted to know if Charlie will be wearing Scruffy’s hand-me-down costumes. Truth is, we don’t know yet if eitiher charlie or Ruby will enjoy costume wearing – but we will find out.
